Refund And Returns Policy

At Mirchrasoi, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please review our Returns and Exchange Policy before placing an order to understand how our process works.


Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all packaging, seals, and labels.
• To request a return, customers must contact our Customer Support Team and provide:
– Order number
– Reason for the return
– Clear images of the product or an unboxing video as proof


Return Shipping Charges

• If the customer initiates the return due to change of mind, personal preference, or any non-product issue, the courier or pickup cost will be paid by the customer.
• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Mirchrasoi will bear the return and replacement shipping costs.


Damaged or Defective Products

• Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• A complete unboxing video (from opening the parcel until the end without cuts) is mandatory for all claims.
• Once our Quality Control Team verifies the claim, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days at no additional cost.
• If a replacement is not available, the customer may choose a refund or store credit.


Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided for the following:
• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong product received
• Missing items in the parcel

For replacements requested due to personal preference, all courier charges (pickup + re-delivery) will be the customer’s responsibility.

• All replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include valid proof (images or unboxing video).


Missing or Incorrect Products

• Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video showing the entire parcel opening process is required for verification.
• Once approved, the missing or correct product will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days according to our SOP.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:
• A replacement is not available, or
• The product cannot be repaired, replaced, or corrected

Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days after approval and will be made only via:
Bank Transfer


Important SOPs & Conditions

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims (damage, missing, or incorrect items).
• Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.
• Exchanges related to size, color, or preference depend strictly on stock availability.
• Mirchrasoi reserves the right to reject any claim that does not follow the procedures listed above.
• Delays caused by courier services or third-party logistics may occur and are not the responsibility of Mirchrasoi.
• All reverse shipping or re-delivery charges apply unless the issue is confirmed to be a company fault.
